Associa Arizona Helps Large Community Maintain Consistent Standards

Introduction

This 5803-unit single-family home community located in Sahuarita, Arizona has been managed by Associa Arizona since 2012. The community features various parks, 17 miles of trails, three pools, a full health club, assorted social rooms, and more.

With the community being so large, the board struggled to keep consistent community-wide standards for different compliance issues.
